Notice: Terms and Conditions for Dumpster Use

By purchasing or renting this dumpster, you agree to comply with the following rules and conditions:

Rental Options and Pricing

• 15-Yard Dumpster:

  • 3-Day Rental: $425
  • 7-Day Rental: $450

• 20-Yard Dumpster:

  • 3-Day Rental: $525
  • 7-Day Rental: $550

All dumpsters include a 2-ton (2000 lbs – 4,000 lbs) weight limit.

Prohibited Items

• Paint: No paint of any kind is allowed.
• Oils: No oils or hazardous liquids of any kind.
• Heavy Materials: No full loads of dirt, brick, stone, or tile.
• Some areas no shingles.

Additional Charges

• Refrigerated Items: $125 per item for proper disposal.
• Paint Cans: $80 fee per can if paint is found in the dumpster.
• Tires: $50 per tire.
• Shingles: $150 in some areas.

Weight Limits and Fees

• Included Weight: 15 yard dumpster includes a weight allowance of 1 ton (2,000 lbs).
• 20 yard dumpster includes a weight allowance of 2 tons (4,000 lbs)
• Excess Weight: A $25 charge will apply for every 500 lbs over the weight limit.
• Maximum Load Limit: If the dumpster exceeds 5 tons (our trucks and equipment limit), an additional $500 charge will be applied on top of standard fees.

Rental Time

• Extra Days: Additional days will be charged at $25 per day.

Usage Restrictions

• Loading Equipment: Use of loaders, skid steers, or similar equipment to load dumpsters is not permitted.
• Damage Responsibility:
  • We document the condition of our dumpsters with photos before and after use.
  • If the dumpster is damaged by loaders or other equipment, repair fees will be charged.
